| Purpose-. To observe the therapeutic effect of Tangzhiqing recipe in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.Methods: A randomized, doubled-blind and controlled trial was conducted. 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups. In the trial group 40 patients (n=40) were treated with Tangzhiqing recipe and in the controlled group 20 patients (n=20) were treated with fluvastatin, one month being a course of treatment. The observed indexes included curative effect indexes(such as clinic symptoms, FBG, 2hPBG, GSP, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and FIns) and safety indexes (such as routine urine, blood test,the function of live and kidney, and harmful reaction.)Results: Tangzhiqing recipe was able to ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patients in the trial group obviously compared to the control group (P <0. 05). Meantime, the patients' blood sugar Gsp blood fat abated obviously compared to that before the treatment. The insulin sensitivity index(ISI) rose, the insulin resistance reduced, the function of the β cell of the islet abated, hemorheology and the peripheral circulation was improved, which prevent from forming thrombosis after treatment based on Tangzhiqing recipe.Conclusion: Tangzhiqing recipe has surely curative effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.It is worth being studyed deeply and developed further. |
