| Children's VMC(viral myocarditis)is a kind of cardiovascular disease caused by virus with a high incidence rate.According to different clinical symptom of disease severity,the mild viral myocarditis causes the respiratory system symptoms such as cold and cough,the digestive system symptoms such as stomachache and diarrhea or even no obvious symptoms.If missed the best time of treatment or without complete cure,it can be recurrent or caused other complications,even endanger children's life.At present,Western medicine usually use the treatment of anti-virus,improving myocardial nutrition and symptomatic treatment to cure children's VMC,which has some limited effect.With the development of traditional medicine,the Chinese medicine has more advantages and clinical effects of treating children's VMC.Objective: This research aims to study the clinical effect of the combination between the Chinese medicine on The Shuang Shen Yi Xin recipe with the dosage to add and subtract and western medicine to cure children's VMC(Qi-yin deficiency in Chinese medicine).Methods:The research began from March,2015 to October,2016.The outpatient children of pediatric in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Hebei Province were taken as the research objects.60 children were selected and divided into two groups randomly.All of them were confirmed as the mild and moderate Children's VMC in western medicine criteria and Qi-yin deficiency in Chinese medicine criteria.The control group contained 30 members were given Western medicine in the treatment of nutritional myocardium and antioxidant therapy.The treatment group was added Shuang Shen Yi Xin Chinese recipe besides the prescription of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine were chosen from non-decocted granular formulation,one dose a day and drunk in the morning and evening separately.Total treatment course is 30 days.The research observed the symptom and sign integral,testing myocardial zymogram and electrocardiogram before and after the treatment.All the data were statistical analysis,then evaluate the clinical effect of the prescription.Results:1 The comparison of total efficacyAmong the 30 members of treatment group,1 was cured,10 were marked effect,19 were efficacious and 0 had no effect,the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,0 was cured,3 were marked effect,23 were efficacious,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 86.7%.By Ridit,the difference of efficacy between two groups has statistical significance(P <0.05),so the efficacy of treatment group is better groups before the treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.1).However,the difference of the total integral in observation group and control group before and after the treatment has statistical significance(P<0.01),the difference of the total integral in two groups after the treatment has statistical significance(P<0.05).This explains that both the western medicine prescription and the combination between western medicine prescription and Chinese medicine Shuang Shen Yi Xin recipe on treatment of Children's VMC are effective.While compared with the control group,the treatment group is more helpful to improve the symptoms of children's VMC.2)The comparison of single syndrome integralBy t test,the result shows that the changes of various scores in two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after the treatment.In terms of children palpitation,lassitude,asthenia and dizzy,the difference of integral variation between two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).While in terms of chest distress,Hyperhidrosis and insomnia,the difference of integral variation between two groups has statistical significance(P<0.01).These states that the western medicine prescription and the combination between western medicine prescription and Chinese medicine Shuang Shen Yi Xin recipe can relief children's symptoms,such as palpitation,lassitude,asthenia,dizzy,chest distress,Hyperhidrosis,insomnia and so on.However,the combination between western medicine prescription and Chinese medicine Shuang Shen Yi Xin recipe is better than the western medicine prescription on the efficacy of palpitation,Hyperhidrosis and insomnia.3 The comparison of myocardial zymogramBy t test,the difference of myocardial zymogram in two groups before the treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05).The difference of myocardial zymogram in two groups after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is more obvious than control group,which shows statistically significance(P<0.01).Indicating that the treatment group is more beneficial to children with myocardial zymogram returned to normal.4 The comparison of electrocardiogramBy Ridit,the result shows that the difference of electrocardiogram in two groups has no statistically significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the electrocardiogram in two groups shows statistically significance(P<0.05).And the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly highter than the control group.Compared to the control group,it is more effect to treatment group and it has statistical significance.5 The adverse during the treatmentDuring the treatment,obvious adverse drug reaction didn't occur among 60 cases.Vital signs,such as body temperature,respiratory,pulse,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram results were normal.Conclusion: The combination between western medicine prescription and Chinese medicine Shuang Shen Yi Xin recipe could effectively relief clinical symptom and effect traditional Chinese medical syndrome integral,single syndrome integral,myocardial zymogram and electrocardiogram,which is better than western medicine.It proved that the western medicine with Chinese traditional recipe can effectively relief the children's VMC.Chinese medicine is safe,economic and effect to patients. |
