Modified Anal Cushion Suspension Clinical Study Of Fixation For The Treatment Of Advanced Hemorrhoids

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the improved anal cushions preserved and reposited hemorrhoidectomy for hemorrhoidal treatment; not only obliterating symptom disposably,but also protecting the normal anal cushions,Treitz's muscle,and strengthening the direction. The improved anal cushions preserved and reposited hemorrhoidectomy for hemorrhoidal treatment ,which based on the doctrine of anal cushions, is hoped to point out the next step that should study for successors by comparison to PPH.Methods :Fourteen adult patients with third or fourth degree hemorrhoids who need operation are divided into two groups(n=7) randomly. The therapy group adopts the improved anal cushions preserved and reposited hemorrhoidectomy while the control group adopts PPH. Analyzing the data of the third or fourth degree hemorrhoids operated by procedure for prolapse and hemorr- hoids.Results: The patients with second or fourth degree hemorrhoids , who were operated on by the improved anal cushions preserved and reposited hemorrhoidectomy, have no variation with the control group on the curative effect ,the mean operative time and the mean postoperative hospital stay.
