Kidney Clear Benefit To The Treatment Of Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis Clinical Study

Objective: This thesis mainly discussed the clinical research of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) by method of Qing Re Li Shi and Bu Shen Qing Li treatment. We observed traditional Chinese medicine clinical effect of CNP by different treatment,and discussed the pathogenesis, pathphysiology, treatment method of CNP and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The theory part mainly reviews the cognition and treatment of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine about CNP.21 cases of CNP was treated by method of Bu Shen Qing Li and 18 cases of CNP was treated by method of Qing Re Li Shi. After that, we will analyse all case's statistics.Results: Bu Shen Qing Li group's clinical cure rate is 47.6%,apparent effective rate is 23.8%,total effective rate is 90.5%,and Qing Re Li Shi group is 44.4%,16.7%,88.9%.Through statistics test there are not significantly statistics meanings between the two groups(P>0.05).But Bu Shen Qing Li group improve prostasomes superior to Qing Re Li Shi group(P<0.05).Two group all obviously improve urine flow rate of the chronic nonbacterial prostatitis patients,and reduce the IL-8 in the EPS(P<0.05).But there are not significantly statistics meanings between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bu Shen Qing Li treatment can improve the prostasoms in the EPS and the max urine flow rate of the chronic nonbacterial prostatitis patients, and reduce the clinical symptom index integral and IL- 8 in the EPS of the CNP patients. The mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment produce effect by improving the local condition and adjusting immunity function and anti-inflammation and releasing tic.
