| Objective: To test and verify the effects of theory of tongzhiliqiao on the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis and its therapeutic mechanism through clinical and experimental study.Method: 96 cases are separated into two groups in random. 48 cases in the remedy group were treated with tongzhiliqiao decoction and 48 cases in the control group were treated with qianliekang tablets. Symptom, physical sign, expressed prostatic secretion (EPS)-PH, EPS-WBC, EPS-lecithin corpuscle were measured before and after treatment. Observation on effects of tongzhiliqiao decoction such as anti-inflammation with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis Wistar rats models and abirritation with KM rats models in animal experiments were conducted. Result: The remedy group has an effect rate of 87.2% while the control group 69.6%. There exist marked difference between them (P<0. 01). Experiment results show that tongzhiliqiao decoction has significant effect such as anti-inflammation and abirritation, which provides pharmacological evidence for clinical treatment. Conclusion: The theory of tongzhiliqiao has significant effect on improvingCNBP clinical symptom, anti-inflammation and abirritation, which is an efficient treatment on CNBP. |
