Based On The Theory Of Collaterals Disease Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

Chronic prostatitis (Chronic Prostatitis, CP) is a common disease of the male urinary outpatient, its high prevalence, low cure rate, recurrence rate, impact on the patients quality of life, is one of the most common male refractory disease; chronic nonbacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (of CNP/CPPS) has accounted for more than90%of chronic prostatitis. TCM leaving much valuable experience; modern medical based on inheritance of ancient valuable experience, combined with modern medicine on the prostate of the micro-anatomical, physiological function, disease incidence in-depth study of the mechanism, a new understanding of prostatitis etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment has improved continuously, and made a lot of achievements. Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of the Tongqianluotang for CP. Methods:The observation is carried out strictly to the requirement of clinical epidemiology.120patients with CP were randomly divided into two groups, one group of the Tongqianluotang60cases and the other group of the Qianliexin Capsule60cases. The two groups of the four weeks later, mainly from the NIH-CPS1scores and chinese medicine practitioners grade two aspects of demographic analysis and comparison. The changing rate of NIH-CPST score and TCM symptom score is used to evaluate the curative effect. Results:After4weeks treatment, effective ratio of the Tongqianluotang group is88.3%and the Qianliexin Capsule group is73.3%. The curative effect of Tongqianluotang is more advanced than the Qianliexin Capsule. The research process not find any adverse reaction and toxic and side effect. Conclusion:The curative effect of Tongqianluotang Group is superior to Qianlioxin Capsule Group. We can consider the Tongqianluotang is a safe and efficient method to decrease the severity of patients’ syndrome and improve their life quality.
