Clinical Study On Anal Fistula Incision Operation With The Basal Layer Suture In The Anal Canal Section,The Full-thickness Suture Incision Beyond The Anal Edge And Drainage By Inner Opening

Objective:To compare the curative of two kind of operation method through observe the different clinical curative effect of anal fistula incision operation with the basal layer suture in the anal canal section,the full-thickness suture i ncision beyond the anal edge and drainage by inner opening and fistulotomy i n the treatment of non infection period of low anal fistula.Methods:60 hospitalized cases meeting criteria were collected from January,20 13 to July,2014 in anus bowel division of Chengdu University of TCM Hospi tal. This cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the contr ol group, The operation of the observation group were anal fistula incision o peration with the basal layer suture in the anal canal section,the full-thickness suture incision beyond the anal edge and drainage by inner opening and the operation of the control group were fistulotomy.To observe and compared the difference between the observation group and the control group in the difficul ty of the operation postoperative pain postoperative blood loss, the postoperat ive complication, wound healing time, injury anal function and the recurrenc e rare during the follow-up half a year.data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistic al software, the bilateral inspection for alpha=0.05 level was conducted.Results:The groups had no difference in the rate of curing,the late pain, th e incision edema and the recurrence rare during the follow-up half a year (P> 0.05). the observation group had more mild postoperative pain,significantly s horter wound healing time, smaller size of scares and lesser postoperative blo od loss compared with control group (p<0.05).Control group had shorter oper ation time compared with observation group (p>0.05)Conclusion:anal fistula incision operation with the basal layer suture in the a nal canal section,the full-thickness suture incision beyond the anal edge and d rainage by inner opening in the treatmen-t of law fistula is safe and feasible Compare with fistulotomy, it has advantage of operation more simple method ,less pain,smaller size of scares, better protection of the morphology and fu nction of anus.
