Hemorheology Of Chronic Heart Failure, Hyperlipidemia, Cardiac Function And Tcm Syndrome Research

Objective: through relative researches of the change of the Hemorheology, Serum lipid, heart function of CHF and its TCM syndrome patterns, trying to find some peculiar indexes and leading them to the TCM differentiation of CHF. These indexes which make the differentiation more practical can help unify the differentiation standard and provide reliable basis for treatment, besides they can illuminate the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome patterns of CHF.Method: Collecting 118 patients according to clinical diagnosis of CHF. Dividing the patients by differentiation standard and collecting their Hemorheology, Serum lipid and Doppler echocardiography tests results to analyze the distribution regularity of TCM patterns of CHF and its relationship to the levels of these tests results. 1 The differentiation of early stage of CHF is mainly qi deficiency of heart and Lung type. With the disease developing, it manifests deficiency of both qi and yin type,or turn up qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type and at the last stage often yang deficiency of heart and kidney type and Fluid Retention due to Yang-deficiency type. In sum, qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type is the most common type in the CHF patients occupy the biggest proportion of clinic, The Fluid Retention due to Yang-deficiency type of the CHF patients occupy the biggest proportion in this pattern in the clinic. 2 The test number of the level of Hemorheology is the highest in qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type and Fluid Retention due to Yang-deficiency type is take second place, all of which are much higher than other types.3 The test number of the level of Serum lipid (Tc-h, TG, HDL-c, LDL-c) is the highest in qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type and deficiency of both qi and yin type is take second place, all of which are much higher than other types. 4 The level of the pump function of heart (EF, FS) are lower in yang deficiency of heart and kidney type and Fluid Retention due to Yang-deficiency type than other types. The level of the sendout of heart (SV, CO)are higher than other types, It change according to the patterns and the disease development.
