Blood Circulation And Endometriosis Recipe Experimental Vitreous Hemorrhage, Fe (2 +) Concentration

Objective: To observe the impact of the two therapeutic methods of Chinese traditional medicine of huoxuehuayu and huatanruanjiansanjie on treatment of experimental vitreous hemorrhage through the detection of several indexes such as the concentration of Fe²⁺ and protein ,etc.Methods: The models of vitreous heorrhage were induced with autoblood in rabbit eyes.they were divided into model group ,treated group with xuefuzhuyutang,and treated group with haizaoyuhutang at random, the model group and the normal group were chosen to be control groups..at 4 weeks, the visibility of fundus was observed, the concentration of Fe²⁺ and protein were determined in the vitreous of rabbits.Results: The visibility of fundus of the treated groups recovered better than the model group,but there was not prominent difference between the group treated with xuefuzhuyutang and the group treated with haizaoyuhutang in the visibility of fundus. There was prominent difference between model group and the two treated groups in the concentrations of protein and Fe²⁺.the concentrations of protein and Fe²⁺were obviously lower in the treated group with xuefuzhuyutang than in the treatedgroup with haizaoyuhutang.Conclusion: the two therapeutic methods of Chinese traditional medicine of huoxuehuayu and huatanruanjiansanjie both could be effect on advance of absorption for vitreous hemorrhage.they both could reduce the the concentrations of protein and Fe²⁺.
