Tang Intends Blood Sanjie Dc Ion Into The Clinical Observations, Treatment Of Vitreous Hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of huo xue san jie tang combined with iontophoresis in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage.METHODS There are data of 60 patients(60 eyes) with vitreous hemorrhage in my study.Thirty cases(30 eyes) are treated with iontophoresis,and combined with San qi panax notoginseng injection injected into vein and vitamin C etc.tablet taken orally,and huo xue san jie tang combined with iontophoresis is applied in observed group.Thirty cases(30 eyes) are combined with San qi panax notoginseng injection injected into vein and vitamin C etc. tablet taken orally,and amiotide eye drops dropped in the eye in the control.After 4 courses of treatment,to test the observation of curative effect,bad reaction,side effect.-RESULTS These two groups are comparable,according to the age,sex,eyes,course of disease,eyesight,vitreous body muddy intensity treat,treat,have significance difference (P＞0.05) have illness coming on originally.After 4 courses of treatment:Treat group's efficiency is 93.33%.It's 30%higher than control group.There is significant difference (P＜0.05) on curative effect.And treat group has had no bad reaction and side effect to treat the patients.CONCLUSION Huo xue san jie tang combined with iontophoresis can promote the absorption of the blood of vitreous;Huo xue san ji tang combined with iontophoresis has not seen the untoward effect;Huo xue san jie tang combined with iontophoresis is an effective and simple therapy for vitreous hemorrhage.
