Clinical Research And Experimental Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Ligustrazine Iontophoresis In The Treatment Of Vitreous Hemorrhage

Vitreous hemorrhage is caused by rupture of blood vessel which is come from retina uvea and neovascularization, the blood effluences and accumulates of vitreous cavity. The cause is either systemic diseases, for example diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, leukemia, or eye diseases, for example eye injuries, operations of eyes, retinal periphlebitis and retinal vascular occlusion. This study investigated hospital patients of 11 years in the first hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, analyzed the diseases causing Vitreous hemorrhage, studied on syndrome differentiations, treatment project and clinical effect. Contrast the patients who applicated ion-intreoduction and patients who did not applicate ion-intreoduction and indicated traditional Chinese medicine combined with ligustrazine iontophoresis in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage is a effective way.Part one Literature researchThis study reviewed the knowledge about vitreous hemorrhage, Clinical Study Progress of Chinese Medicine, Research Advance of Modern Medicine and Phannacologic Effect of ligustrazine.Part two experimental study1 ObjectiveTo study traditional Chinese medicine combined with ligustrazine iontophoresis in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage of rabbits is a effective way. It can promote the blood in vitreous humor into disappearing.2 MethodMake model of vitreous hemorrhage in rabbits. Divide them into two groups at random. The two groups Were received iontophoresis for 20 days. The one was received ligustrazine iontophoresis. The other one was received injection water iontophoresis. We observed the ocular fundus change everyday and after 20days, gave B ultrasoundgraphy check of rabbit eyes.3 Result(1) After 20 days, the group which receive ligustrazine iontophoresis got much better clinical effect. The difference of before and after treatment is significant. Chinese medicine combined with ligustrazine iontophoresis can promote the blood in vitreous humor into disappearing.(2) The clinical effect of the group received injection water iontophoresis was not satisfied. It verified that at the procession of ion introduction, The drug effect take the dominant position.Part three Clinical research1 ObjectiveContrastingthe patients which receive ligustrazine iontophoresis and the patients which not receive tigustrazine iontophoresis, to verify ligustrazine iontophoresis can promote the blood in vitreous humor into disappearing and it is a good Effective way.2 MethodRetrospective research method, we investigated hospital patients of 11 years in the first hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,。We analysed syndrome differentiations, treatment project and clinical effect and found out the best treatment.3 Result(1) In this reassure, we collected 60 patients(64 eyes), including diabetes retinopathy of 19 patients, retinal vein occlusion of 9 patients, hypertensive retinopathy of 8 patients, trauma of 8, retinal periphlebitis of 5, retinal vasculitis of 2, retina angiomatosis of 1, retinal aneurysm of 1, another of 6 patients.(2) Around this 60 patients, there are 22 cases Qi-stagnation Induced Blood-stasis; 16 cases liver yin deficiency type; 10 cases Yin Xu Yang Kang; 6 cases deficient of both Qi and blood types; 6 cases Syndrom of Turbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis.(3) After Therapy, the gropes which receive ligustrazine iontophoresis and the others which not receive became better than before, but the former is much better than the latter. Part four Conclusion1 According to the experimental study, ligustrazine iontophoresis can promote the blood of rabbits in vitreous humor into disappearing.2 At the procession of ion introduction, The drug effect take the dominant position.3 Basing on the clinical rearsh, diabetes retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, hypertensive retinopathy, trauma and retinal periphlebitis are the main reasons that can cause vitreous hemorrhage.4 Basing on systemic administration, we exert ligustrazine iontophoresis in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage. It can reduce the time of therapy and improve the cure rate.5 The patients of vitreous hemorrhage that cased by diabetes retinopathys and trauma paied attention to ligustrazine iontophoresis.6 Treatment of vitreous hemorrhage by systemic administration, associated with Ocular Direct-Current Ion-Introduction of Ligustrazine, the clinical effect had relation to illness duration, was independent of course of treatment.
