Shenmai Injection Affect The Immune Function Of Chronic Renal Failure, Clinical Observations,

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs (Shen Mai Injection) therapy on Chronic Renal Failure patients, probing the impact of Shen Mai Injection to the immunity of chronic Renal Failure. Methods:1. 58 Cases of CRF were randomly divided into two groups:Therepy group (30 cases) that treated with Chinese herbs (Shen Mai Injection) therepy for 14 days and control group (28 cases) that treated with rutine western medicine. There were no differences in sex, age in the two groups.2. Observing the change of serum IgA,IgG, IgM, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8.3. Observing the change of hemogbin, Serum creatin, Blood urea nitrogen, clearence creatinine rate.4. Observing the symptoms of Qi-Yin Deficiency of Kidney-Spleen and Qi Deficiency of Kidney-Spleen.5. Comparison was done between the two groups to observe the change of every target in patients before and affer treatment.Results:1. Before the treatment of the therapy group and control group compared to the health group, the CD3, CD4 decreased, which showed a significant difference (P<0.01); CD4/CD8 decreased, which showed a difference (P<0.05); CD8 improved, which showed a difference (P<0.05).2. The IgA,IgM, IgG had no difference compared before and after treatment in the therapy group (P<0.05).3. After the treatment, the CD3,CD4 improved and the CD8 decreased, the rate of CD4/CD8 improved in the therapy treatment.4. Th effective rate of Qi-Yin deficiency type was remarkable higher than that of Qi deficiency type in the treatment group, 87.5%,65%,respectly. By contrasting the two types, there were a significant difference in the treatment group (P<0.01), but the control group didn't.
