Xingding Injection Is For Patients With Chronic Renal Failure And Renal Function And Serum Ln, The C-iv Of Clinical Research

OBJECTIVE:The goal of this clinical experiment is to prove the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Xingding(Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole) injection on treating chroic renal failure(CRF), and search a effectual method of TCM in treating CRF. METHOD:60 patients with CRF were divided into 2 groups at random Xingding injection theraputic group(n=30) and Danshen injection control group (n=30). Theraputic group patients treated with 0.9% NaCl 250ml containing 20ml Xingding injection iv. drip, once a day. Control group patients treated with 0. 9% NaCl 250ml containing 30ml Danshen injection iv.drip.once a day. The therapeutic period is four weeks. Before and after the experiment ,we assayed the patients'Hb, 24hupq, Scr, BUN, ALT, blood K, blood LN and blood C-â…£. Recorded the change of patients' clinical symptoms. At last observed the difference of therapeutic effect on therapeutic group and control group. RESULTResult of the study could be summarizad as:1.Xingding injection's total effective rate was 83. 33%;while Danshen injection was 73. 33%,the total therapeutic effect of Xingding injection was better than Danshen injection.2.After treatment Xingding injection and Danshen injection could decrease BUN and Scr remarkably (P<0.01 or P<0.05) , and two groups have remarkable difference(p<0.05). But Xingding injection could decrease BUN and Scr more remarkably than Danshen injection. 3.Xingding injection could improve the patients' clinical symptoms, decrease 24 hours urinary protein,decrease blood LN and blood C-â…£ (P<0.05 or P<0.01) , It's effect was better than Danshen's. And blood K, ALT, Hb did not hoist in theraputic group and control group (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONXingding injection could improve renal function and clinical symptoms, decrease urinary protein, decrease blood LN and blood C-â…£. Xingding injection could markably retard the rate of progression of CRF.
