Clinical Observation Of Shen Mai Injection On Qi And Yin Deficiency Peritoneal Dialysis Patients With Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Shen Mai Injection on Qi and Yin Deficiency peritoneal dialysis chronic renal failure patients with micro-inflammatory state, and clinical efficacy of the treatment Yin Deficiency Syndrome.Methods:Collected in December2012to December2013at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic in line with the60patients with chronic renal failure Qi and Yin deficiency PD diagnostic criteria and the line of more than three month, according to a random number table randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,30cases in each. The control group received peritoneal dialysis and conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated in the control group condition, giving Shen Mai Injection treatment for2weeks. Prior to observation, the two groups were observed to detect hs-CRP, IL-6and Cr, BUN, WBC, Hb, Alb and other laboratory markers two weeks after the change of clinical medicine and clinical symptom improvement in total credit.Results:1. microinflammatory index comparison:compared with the two groups before the treatment and after the treatment both the hs-CRP and IL-6were decreased (P<0.05), difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. laboratory parameters comparison:compared with the two groups before the treatment and after the treatment both the Scr, BUN, WBC, Hb, Alb no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms:The total effective rate was76.67%in the control group, the total efficiency of60.00%, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.TCM clinical symptom total score comparison:after the treatment the two groups were significant difference than before, and the difference between the before treatment with the after treatment were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Shen Mai Injection can relieve chronic renal failure Qi Deficiency microinflammation peritoneal dialysis patients.2.Shen Mai Injection in2weeks Cr, BUN, WBC, Hb, Alb no significant effect on peritoneal dialysis patients.3.Shen Mai Injection on Peritoneal Dialysis Chronic renal failure patients Qiyinliangxu clinical symptoms than the control group.4. Shen Mai Injection2weeks using no significant adverse reactions.
