Objective:To find main dangerous factors of diabetes with stroke and prime symdrom of traditional Chinese medicine through investigating 172 cases diabetes with stroke and 172 cases diabetes who live in department of both endocrine and neuropathy of hubei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. so we can provide prevention treatment for dangerous factors of diabetes with stroke and provide standard treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:All the data of patients' age,sex, body mass index (BMI),diabetes course of illness, whether smoking or drinking, diabetes family medical history, cerebral family medical history, essential hyper tent ion his tory, kidney disease history, retinopathy, peripheral neuropathy, transient ischemia attack(TIA), personality anxious, fas t ing plasma glucose, posting plasma glucose, cholesterol, triglycer ide, HDL-C, chronic bronchitis history is put into computer, then we would choose the dangerous factor through one-way ANOVA and Binary Logistic of spss12.0 software.We will make a chart through spot of infarct such as basal nuclei,frontal lobe, apical lobe,temple lobe,end lobe,cerebral ganglion,capsule externa,capsule interna, centrum ovale; and make another chart based the prime symdrom and the vice symdrom. then we will know the number and the percentage.Results:1.we find the dangerous factors of diabetes with troke are age,BMI,diabetes course of illness, smoking,essential hypertentionhistory, retinopathy, TIA,personality anxious, posting plasmaglucose, triglyceride, HDL-C, diabetes family medical history,cerebral family medical history through one-way ANOVA.
