The sera were measured for thyrotropin(TSH),uric acid, serum creatinine, lycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),triglyceride(TG),cholesterin(TC)、HDL-cholesterol、LDL- cholesterol. Exclude the possibility of pregnancy women and recent angiography examination or treatment of patients, thyroid hormone resistance syndrome, taking lead to thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) abnormally elevated drug patients and patients with severe liver, kidney disease and other reasons caused by promoting thyroid hormone increased. Results:The prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism in T2 DM was 16.4%,of which prevalence of Uyghur patients was 11.7%,of which prevalence of Han patients was 4.7%. of which prevalence of male patients was 7.9%,of which prevalence of female patients was 8.6%.Logistic regression analysis showed that independent risk factor for TSH were age,SBP,DBP,TPO-Ab,Hb A1 c and TG.Conclusion:T2DM patients have high incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism, especially in the Uyghur patients, which may affect the diabetes and prognosis.Screening and regular following up the thyroid function of T2 DM patients have important clinical significance.
