Coronary Heart Disease Due To Congestive Heart Failure Patients Of Tumor Necrosis Factor ¦Á And Tcm Typing Of The Clinical Studies

Objective:To study the relationship between syndrome differentiation type of TCM and plasma tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNF-α) in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods: There are two parts of this research.The first part,to review a survey of current understanding of congestive heart failure about conception pathogenesis and clinical presentation and diagnosis.The second part,doppler echocardiogram and TNF-α were used to observe 36 patienes with CHF clinically,compared with 20 peoples those had no CHF clinically.Results: The average numbers of TNF-α are all smaller than the standard number (60pg/ml) in healthy group and CHF group.The plasma levels of TNF-α in three CHF groups are obviously higher than the level in healthy group.There is differentiarion about TNF-αin three CHF groups,but the significance of statistics has not been seen.The level of TNF-ain heart and kidney-Yang deficiency group is lower than the level in Qi and Ying deficiency group.And the later is lower than the level in Qi deficiency and blood stagnating.TNF-α may be one of the most indices for evaluation of the different TCM Syndrome-type groups of CHF.
