Clinical Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Type Of TCM And Doppler Echocardiography And Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide In Patients With Congestive Heart Failure And Effect Of Medicine | | Posted on:2006-10-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Yao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2144360155951376 | Subject:Traditional Chinese Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective (1) To study the relationship between syndrome differentiation type of TCM and Doppler Echocardiography and Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) to research into impersonal reference in TCM syndrome and clinical treatment. (2) To observe the effect of Jiaweishengmai decoction in treating deficiency of both qi and yin type of CHF to confirm the exactitude of the correlative research. Methods (1) Study objectification of syndrome differentiation of TCM in 74 patients with CHF by Doppler Echocardiography and BNP. At the same time, take 13 health people as the normal control group matching in age, gender and so on. The 4 different type of TCM of CHF are compared with each other by Doppler Echocardiography and BNP, then compare them with the normal control group to study the relationship of different groups by observing the change of indexes. (2) On the basis of the principle of "one type one prescription" observe the curative effect and improvement of indexes by treating 25 patients with CHF with deficiency of both qi and yin. Results (1) Research on relativity: (1) The data of heart structure shows that: The data of LVDd, Lvmass, LVMI of the patients with CHF with yang deficiency of heart and kidney is higher than all other groups; The data of LVSd descends in order yang deficiency of heart and kidney(D)>qi-deficiency and blood-stasis(C)> deficiency of both qi and yin(B)... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Congestive heart failure, Syndrome differentiation type of TCM, Doppler echocardiography, Plasma brain natriuretic peptide, Relativity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
