Objective:To investigate the effect and safety about the traditional Chinese herb medicine JWPX granule on the onset of asthmatic episode,and through clinical experimental study,offer the effective instead and period of treatment for its clinical practice. Method:1. selected of the targetEighet cases of the onset of asthmatic episode were chosen, Double blind, Double-imitating and randomized trial was performed in it. They were divided into thetreatment group(n=38) and the control group(n=4 2). The distribution of age course of disease , the patient's state was comparable. And the integral of dysmenorrhea,main symptoms of t he two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).2. The design of researchDouble-blind, double-imitating and randomized trial was performed in 80 cases of the onset of asthmatic episode. Those were divided into two groups randomly as JWPX granule group and aminophylline tablet group. The clinical effect of JWPX granule was evaluated through observation results, and observe the change of the clinical syndromes and signs,the pulmonary function before and after the treatment, compared with the treatment effect of its observation. 3.Treatment methodsThe patients in the treatment group were given JWPX granule (8g/bag) and imitated aminophylline tablet , while in the control group were given aminophylline tablet and imitated JWPX granule (8g/bag) ,a bag and a tablet each time and three times a day. The period of treatment containted seven days.4.Observation indexesWe observed the whoop, decompensation, gasp, cough, the quantity and texture of phlegm and other symptom's improvement after the treatment. The blood routine urinary routine stool routine hepatic function renal function and pulmonary function test ofthe two groups were examed before and after the treatment. 5. Curative effect determinantWe evaluated the curative effect according to the determinantcriterion.6.Statistical disposalThe measuement data had been analysed by t test, and the enumeration data been analysed by chi-square test.
