Clinical And Experment Studies On Children's Mycoplasmal Infection With Mycoplasma-granule

Object: To investigate the curative effect of Mycoplasma-granule (MG) treating infantile Pneumoniae Mycoplasmal infection and itsmechanis.Methods: 60 children who suffered from Pneumoniae Mycoplasmal were divided into MG and antibiotics groups randomly.They were treated for two weeks,several symptoms and sign were followed up during the period.At the same time,applied pharmacological experiments to show curative mechanism. 4 groups were infected by Mycoplasma After 11 days ,treated these rats with MG(much dose),MG(little dose),antibiotics two weeks. Then, investigate mice-blood-stasis,CD₃,CD₄, CD₈ in blood of the rats.Use the NH3 incenting method to confirm wether the MG can alleviate cough. Use the method of the rats' swollen ear to confirm wether the MG can control inflammation.Used acute toxicity experiment to confirm wether the MG within treating dose have toxic and side effeci.Results:The total effective rate of MG group had no significant diffirent with that of control group,but in improving some main symptoms .Experiment study showed the treatment of MG is similar to or batter than antibioctics in improve mice-blood-stasis, and improve the amout of CD₃, CD₄, CD₈ .ConcIusion:MG is an effective medicine to Mycoplasmal infection.This investigation provides a new thought to treat infantile mycoplasmal infectiong with Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has importal practical value.
