Purpose：To explore the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) etiology andpathogenesis as well as the syndrome differentiation treatment of chronic renalfailure, propose new treatment， give play to the characteristics and advantagesof TCM on prevent and cure refractory disease，enrich and develop the basictheoretical system of TCM, and provide theoretical basis to prove that TCM hasan effective way to treat chronic renal failure.Method and Content：Through reading classics, searching literature andclinical practice, on the basis of the basic theory of TCM, combined with theyears of clinical experience of my supervisor, propose that treat the chronicrenal failure from toxicity, to use detoxification, discharge toxification,anagotoxic together. The method of treating the chronic renal failure from toxicity2.1DetoxificationVital qi deficiency of chronic renal failure, damp toxin, water toxin, phlegmtoxin and stasis toxin work together. So clearing damp and promoting diuresis,dispersing blood stasis and removing phlegm, the evil gone and resolve the toxin.2.2Discharge toxificationThe toxicity of chronic renal failure suffuse the body, violent and strong,conventional treatment cannot have good effect. So we need guide the toxicity go outside of the body, that is, cure the symptoms. Mainly includes: Chinesemedicine bath to scatter the toxin, relieving viscera to discharge the toxin,diuretic detoxification, applying drugs to the umbilicus to abolish toxin.2.3AnagotoxicWhen Chronic renal failure，the kidney failure, many viscera involvement,with qi，blood, Yin and Yang deficiency. Based on the differentiation，we needtonifying kidney，invigorating spleen，in order to support the vital qi, regulateqi and blood, Yin and Yang of the viscera to improve the body’s ability of resistthe toxin，that is, the method of “cure the disease”. Mainly has: tonifyingkidney to strengthen the basis；strengthening spleen and stomach, regulatemovements of qi；Profit lung to avoid the toxin.Results：This study puts forward that kidney deficiency is the internal basis ofoccurrence and development of chronic renal failure, the toxin stay deep insideof the body is one of the important factors of kidney function deteriorated,damp toxin, water toxin, phlegm toxin and stasis toxin work together, and“stasistoxin” runs through the whole pathological process of chronic renal failure,belongs to deficient root and excessive superficial.When Chronic renal failure，the kidney failure, many viscera involvement，with the toxin stay inside of the body and be the most changeful. Treat it onlyby one method can eliminate the potential, not eliminate its root, therefore,clinical use detoxification, discharge toxification, anagotoxic together,including detoxification; Chinese medicine bath, diuresis, apply drugs to theumbilicus to discharge toxin; notifying kidney and spleen to resist the toxin.Clinical put important to the comprehensive therapy, endotherapy and externaltreatment combined together, to cure the disease.Conclusion：1.
