Clinical Study On Treating Chronic Renal Failure With Yishenjiangzhuotang

Objective: To observe the clinical results of Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and investigate the mechanism of Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction delaying the envolve of CRF, To explore the cause of disease of traditional Chinese medition.Methods: 60 patients with CRF of Deficiency in the Spleen Yang and Kidney Yang with Dampness in the Body were collected according to criterion and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM, and divided into treatment group and control group at random, treatment group is 30 cases and control group is also 30 cases. On the bases of necessary treatment, patients of treatment group took the Yishenjingzhou decoction and control group took the Kangshen Granules. Therapeutic effect was observed 3 months. Constrasterd the quantificar scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine indicated for the main clinical symptoms of patients. Inspect the changes of Ccr Scr Hb RBC HCT Ca K Na Cland other indexes of laboratory periodically. Then analyse the dates by the statistic software and assess curative effect for the integral of clinical symptom before and after therapy. Results: (1) The total effective rate and the effect of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05);(2) The observing group could improve the patients clinical symptoms, decrease the clinical symptom integral, Scr of patients of CRF declined while Ccr HGb, RBC and HCT raised, the effect was better in treat group and there were statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05);(3)The both groups had no influence on serum ion such as K, Na,C1 P, Ca.Conclusion: Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction could improve theclinical symptoms and the quality of life for patients accompaniedwith CRF in evidence, significantly improve the renal function andanaemia. Its therapy could retard the rate of progression of CRFremarkably, protect remaining nephrons, reduce the incidents ofuraemia.
