Turbid Qi And Nourishing Yin Shenshi The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure (qi And Yin, Wet, Muddy Intrinsic Certificate) In Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the clinical results of Yiqiyangyinshenshixiezhuo Decoction in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and investigate the mechanism of Yiqiyangyinshenshixiezhuo Decoction delaying the envolve of CRF, To explore the cause of disease of traditional Chinese medition.Methods:59 patients with CRF of Deficiency in the Qi and Yin with Dampness in the Body were collected according to criterion and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM, and divided into treatment group and control group at random, treatment group is 29 cases and control group is 30 cases. On the bases of necessary treatment Patients of treatment group took the Yiqiyangyinshenshixiezhuo decoction and control group took the Shenkangning piles. Therapeutic effect was observed 2 months. Constrasterd the quantificar scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine indicated for the main clinical symptoms of patients. Inspect the changes of Ccr,Scr,Hb,RBC,Ca,K,Na,Cl and other indexes of laboratory periodically. Then analyse the dates by the statistiec software and assess curative effet for the integral of clinical symptom before and atfer therapy.Results:①With comprehensive clinical analysis, the efficiency of 88. 4% (ITT) and 87% (PP) in the Yiqiyangyinshenshixiezhuo Decoction group patients were noticeably higher than that 73. 1% (ITT) and 72% (PP) in the contral group patients(P<0. 05).②On the change of clinical symptoms the The Yiqiyangyinshenshixiezhuo Decoction group patient 84.6% (ITT) and 82. 6% (PP) were more significant than that 69. 2% (ITT) and 68% (PP) in the contral group patients(P<0.05).③In the therapeutic group patients, after treatment, Scr was significantly decreased (P<0.05), at the same time, Ccr increased markedly (P<0. 05). In the contral group Scr was not decreased, and the Ccr was increase (P<0. 05). When compared with the contral group, the therapeutic group had a significantly better result.④Compared with before treatment, the therapeutic group had a significant difference in the contents of increasing Hb,RBC(P<0. 05). The contral group did not have the same effect(P > 0. 05). When compared with the contral group, the therapeutic group had a significantly better result.⑤The both groups had no influence on serum ion such as K,Na,Cl,P,Ca.conclusion: Yiqiyanyinshenshijiangzhuo decoction could improv theclinical symptoms and the quality of life for patients accompanied with CRF inevidence, significantly improve the renal function and anaemia . Its therapy could retard the rate of progression of CRF remarkably, reduce the incidents of uraemia .
