Apricot Ding Injection Tubulointerstitial Injury Clinical Study Of Hypertensive Renal Damage

OBJECTIVE:The goal of this clinical experiment is to prove the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Xingding(Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole)injection on Hypertension kidney damage,and search a effectual method of TCM in treating Hypertension kidney damage.METHOD:Damage the kidney of hypertension 60 patients,divided into 2 groups at random:random Xingding injection theraputic group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were benazepril hydrochloride tablets and amlodipine-control blood pressure(benazepril hydrochloride tablets dose of 10 mg / d,day,oral;Amlodipine besylate tablets 5 mg / d,day 1 The oral),Not ideal blood pressure control can be used hydrochlorothiazide or metoprolol.Theraputic group patients treated with 5%glucose 250ml containing 30ml Xingding injection iv.drip.once a day.Control group patients treated with 5%glucose 250ml containing 30ml Danshen injection iv.drip.once a day.The therapeutic period is 20 days. Before and after the experiment,we assayed the patients'β₂-MG,NAG,mAlb,Scr,BUN.and monitor blood pressure before and after treating,Recorded the change of patients' clinical symptoms.At last observed the difference of therapeutic effect on therapeutic group and control group.RESULTResult of the study could be summarizad as:1.Xingding injection's total effective rate was 83.33%;while Control group was 73.33%,the total therapeutic effect of Xingding injection was better than Control group.2.Treatment and control groups after treatment systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)are lower,with the two groups before treatment were significantly different(P＜0.01,or P＜0.05),and the treatment group than the control group(P＜0.05).The results showed that:Xingding injection could help patients with lower blood pressure, and better than Danshen injection.3.Xingding injection could improve the patients' clinical symptoms, The results showed that:Xingding injection can significantly improve hypertension early kidney damage in patients with clinical symptoms and improve quality of life,the effect is better than the control group.4 Xingding injection could decreaseβ₂ -MG,NAG,mAlb(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),It's effect was better than control group.The results showed that:Xingding injection can significantly reduce high blood pressure in patients with renal damage the blood andβ₂ -MG,NAG,mAlb hypertension kidney damage with a protective role.CONCLUSIONXingding injection to reduce kidney damage in patients with hypertension hematuriaβ₂ -MG,NAG mAlb the value of control in patients with blood pressure,improve patient symptoms,Xingding injection in the treatment of hypertension in patients with kidney damage can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, hypertensive renal tubulointerstitial damage to the protective effects of injury,effectively delaying the further damage to the kidneys.
