It heavely impacts people on dayly life. The western medicine cures this disease is limited in clinical application because of it' s toxicity effect. The Chinese herbal medicine cures this disease has well curative effect, the poison side effect is small, It' s advantage is distinctly.Lizhongtang is although a representative prescription for curing the PiWei weak and cold, used for treating patient with palpitation is seldom seen and reported. But according to the Chinese medicine principle " the different disease treated with the same prescription, having this symptom use this prescripion ", so Lizhongtang can be used for treating those patien with palpitation and whose PiWei is weak and cold. Because PiWei Yang XU is an important factor causing palpitation, so curing patient with palpitation using Lizhongtang should acquire a good curative effect. To investigate the efficiency and safety, to provide impersonality evidence for Lizhongtang curing palpitation,to enlarge Lizhongtang's treating scale, we designed this research project, and took into the research.Three parts in the thesis: document reviews, theoretic research and clinical research.Document reviews : Firstly we expatiated the research regression of palpitation in the cause and treatment of palpitation in Chinese medicine.
