The Study On Professor Wu’s Prescription And Experience To Palpitation Based On Technology Of Information Mining

Research purposes: With the help of the data mining platform,this paper systematically digs,analyzes and summarizes Professor Wu Jianguang’s thoughts on the differentiation and treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine and his experience in sending prescriptions to provide reference and reference for the treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.Research Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,213 cases of palpitation treated by Professor Wu were collected as the original medical records,and the names of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome terms in the medical records were further standardized.The data entry system adopts the "auxiliary platform V2.50 for traditional Chinese medicine inheritance",which is based on the general information of patients,date,number of visits,symptoms,tongue coating,pulse,syndrome type,prescription,etc.,and then used as a database.Then,the entered information is integrated and classified and imported into an Excel table to form electronic data,and statistical analysis is carried out.Research Findings:1.General situation analysis: The total number of medical records included in this study is 213 cases,with a total of 342 visits.The statistical results show that there are 129 female patients,accounting for 60.56%,and 84 male patients,accounting for 39.44%.The proportion of people aged 46 to 60 is the highest,reaching 36.62%.2.Frequency analysis: the symptoms in the medical record are in the order of frequency: palpitation,chest tightness,insomnia,fatigue,dizziness,dry mouth;The syndrome types with higher frequency include gallbladder depression and phlegm disturbance syndrome,damp-heat disturbance heart syndrome,liver depression and fire syndrome,spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome,liver blood deficiency syndrome,etc;The high-frequency drugs are Poria cocos,licorice,orange peel,Polygonum multiflorum,and Pinellia ternate in turn;After statistical analysis,it is concluded that the four characteristics of drugs in the medical records are warm,cold and mild in order;The five flavors are sweet,bitter and bitter in order;Meridians refer to the spleen,lung and stomach meridians;The core prescription is Wendan Decoction,Yinqiao Mabo Powder,Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder,etc.3.Association rule analysis: The association rule analysis was performed on all the traditional Chinese medicines that appeared 342 times,and the results showed that the common drug pairs and drug groups were poria coco-fructus aurantii-tangerine peel,peony peel-peppermint-scorched gardenia,cohosh-pueraria lobata,honeysuckle-forsythia suspensa-marbo,etc.,tangerine peel-poria coco-fructus aurantii-pinellia,etc.4.Cluster analysis: set the correlation degree between drugs as 8 and the punishment degree as 2,and conduct cluster analysis,and finally get the following clustering formula: the drugs in cluster 1 are Muxiang,Polygala tenuifolia,Suanzaoren,and Rehmannia glutinosa;The drugs in cluster 2 were tangerine peel,fructus aurantii,fructus gardeniae,mint,and cortex peony;The drugs in cluster 3 are Platycodon grandiflorum,Cortex moutan,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Peach Kernel and Radix Paeoniae Rubra;The drug combinations in cluster 4 are ground beetle beetle,Acorus tatarinowii,bamboo juice,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Notopterygium incisum and Angelica pubescens.Research conclusion:1.Professor Wu Jianguang believes that the evils of dampness and heat always run through it,and the onset of palpitations is often related to emotional changes such as external fear and internal anger.2.Summarize Professor Wu Jianguang’s clinical experience and pay attention to the combination of disease and syndrome in syndrome differentiation;Propose the syndrome differentiation of palpitation of "external evil abandoning heart";Be good at syndrome differentiation from liver and spleen;Attention should be paid to the differentiation of palpitation from the theory of "the number of pulse is empty and the number of pulse is hot".In terms of treatment,it is necessary to treat palpitation by relieving the expression of evil;Pay attention to regulating the liver and spleen,and attach importance to the role of emotional factors;Increase or decrease according to the syndrome,and be good at medication;Advocate the theory of Dongyuan and take care of the spleen and stomach;Learn from the past but not from the past.In clinical practice,use the classics flexibly and be good at adding and cutting.
