Bushenhuoxue Progesterone Soup Follicle-stimulating Clinical Research, Development And Health Endometrial

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of ZhuYun Decoction (ZD, a Chinese recipe for nourishing blood and reinforcing Shen) and its influence on the endometrium growth and the follicle .and supply scientific evidence for the clinical usage of ZhuYun Decoction Methods :90 cases of patients with Anovulatory Sterility of Shen deficiency Type that had been diagnosed in our outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group contained 50cases, and control group contained 40 cases. They were respectively given ZhuYun Decoction and clomiphene citrate. Treatment group take orally from the 5th day to 20-30th day every menstrual cycle and continuously three months as a course. Control group takes orally 50mg clomiphene citrate from the 5th day to 10th day every menstrual cycle if no ovulation. Take orally 100mg clomiphene citrate in third month. Three months as a course, after a course . Observe the clinical symptoms , the growth of follicles, thickness of uterine endometrium and change of serum hormones after using for a course. Result:1. the clinical synthesis therapeutic effect is :In ZhuYun Decoction group, the cured rate is24. 0%, markedly effective rate is 56. 0%, effective rate is 16. 0%, and the total effective rate is96 . 0% . In clomiphene citrate group, the cured rate is 15. 0%, markedly effective rate is 42. 5%, effective rate is 25.0%, and the total effective rate is82. 5%. There is significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P < 0. 01). Show: the clinical therapeutic effect of ZhuYun Decoction is better clomiphene citrate.2. the clinical symptom effect is :In ZhuYun Decoction group, the cured rate is 40.0%, markedly effective rate is 46.0%, effective rate is 12.0%, and the total effective rate is98 . 0% . In clomiphene citrate, the cured rate is 37.5%, markedly effective rate is 45.0%, effective rate is 15.0%, and the total effective rate is97. 5%. There is no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P>0. 05). The results indicate that ZhuYun Decoction and clomiphene citrate both have remarkable therapy effect.3. changes of the growth of follicles and thickness of uterine endometriumComparing the growth of follicles by B-ultrasonic, the differences of pre-treatment and pos-treatment in treatment group and control group are both significant by statistical analysis (P<0. 01), and the differences between the two groups are not obvious by statistical analysis (P>0.05). The results indicate that ZhuYun Decoction and clomiphene citrate both have remarkable promoting growth and development of follicle effect. And Comparing thickness of uterine endometrium of pre-treatment and pos-treatment in treatment group is significant by statistical analysis (P<0. 01), and thickness of uterine endometrium of pos-treatment in two groups is significant by statistical analysis (P<0.05), the results indicate that ZhuYun Decoction have remarkable strengthening endometrium effect and clomiphene citrate have no remarkable strengthening endometrium effect. 4. change of serum hormonesChange of serum hormones of pos-treatment in two groups is no significant by statistical analysis (P>0.05), the results indicate that ZhuYun Decoction has too regulating and reproducing serum hormones. Conclusion:ZhuYun Decoction treat patients with Anovulatory Sterility of Shen deficiency Type through promoting growth and development of follicle , strengthening endometrium and regulating Menstrual cycle.
