Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis In ? Stage Membrane Nephropathy With Shen Zhi Huoxue Decoction

Objective: Clinical observation and systematic analysis of the decay of Shen zhi Huo Xue in the treatment of patients with II stage membrane nephropathy(qi deficiency and stopped blood)confirmed that the decay of Shen zhi Huo Xue has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with II stage membrane nephropathy,improves the quality of life of patients,and constitutes a clinical basis.Methods: Thirty II stage membrane nephropathy patients from scene were selected;The study group was treated with routine potato treatment and decoction of Shen zhi Huo Xue for eight weeks to observe changes in blood lipids,albumin,24-hour urinary protein quantification,Anti-Phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies and TCM results before and after treatment statistical analysis of the data collected and conclusions.Results:(1).Compared to the general patient data,P values were higher than 0.5,the difference was not statistically significant and the data of both groups were comparable.(2).Clinical efficacy:overall efficacy of the study group was higher than the control group,and the comparison of these two groups was statistically significant: the tenant(P<0.05).(3).TCM syndrome score: after treatment of both groups,the total TCM score decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the therapeutic group was better than the control group.(4).24-hour quantification of urinary protein: urinary protein decreased significantly in both groups after treatment compared to before treatment.(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,The therapeutic group was better than the control group.(5).Albumin:after treatment of two groups compared to before treatment with albumin,an increase in total protein(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.(6).Blood lipid levels: after treatment with both groups compared to treatment with triglyceride,Decrease in total cholesterol(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.(7).Anti-Phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies: urinary protein decreased significantly in both groups after treatment compared to before treatment.(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,The therapeutic group was better than the control group.Conclusion:(1).Shen zhi Huo Xue Decoration improves the efficacy treatment of the II stage membrane nephropathy of qi-type blood stasis;(2).Shenzhue Huo xue Decoration may improve the clinical symptoms of patients with II stage membrane nephropathy of qi-type blood stasis;(3).Shen zhi Huo xue Decoction may effectively reduce the quantification of urinary proteins in 24-hour urine and Anti-Phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies in patients with QI deficiency and blood-clotting II stage membrane nephropathy syndrome.
