Objective: To explore the mechanism of treating obstructed oviduct by Huo Xue Tong Guan Decoction and Dan Shen Injection( HXTGD + DSI) . Methods:82 Patients were divided randomly into the TCM group (50 cases treated with HXTGD + DSI)and the control group (32 cases treated with gentamycin) . Two groups were compared from all the following aspects: the improvements of clinical symptoms, the bloodrheology, the ovarian hemodynamics, the ovarian recanalization rate and the pregnant outcome. Results: Patients were associated with the abnormal of blood theology and ovarian hemodynamics: elevated blood viscosity,fibrinogen, PI and RI.There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and ovarian hemodynamics indexs before treatment between the two groups. After treatment, there was significance in reducing blood viscosity,fibrinogen, PI and RI between two groups(P< 0.05) . Moreover, the TCM group has significance in reliefing clinical symptoms, enhancing ovarian recanalization rate and pregnant rate (P<0.05).Conclusions: HXTGD + DSI could recanalize the obstruction of fallopian tube with blood stasis syndrome, improve the clinical symptoms and enhance pregnant rate multy - effictively.
