Study method and results as follows.1.Experiment study Objective: The expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 was detected with the immunohistochemistry method in ectopic and eutopic endometrium,to study on the role of Pengjia decoction in the pathogenesis of endometriosis from the view of the immune. Simultaneity apoptotic cells were detected by TUNEL. Methods:42 SD rat model of endometriosis were set up in a smaller unit of the control group, the low dosage group of the Pengjia decoction, the medium dosage group of the Pengjia decoction, the high dosage group of the Pengjia decoction and the Wudan Pill group. Result: Comparing with the control group, the expression of the caspase-3 was increased in the low dosage group of the Pengjia decoction, the medium dosage group of the Pengjia decoction, the high dosage group of the Pengjia decoction and the Wudan Pill group(P<0.05). Comparing with the control group, the expression of survivin was decreased in the medium dosage group of the Pengjia decoction, the high dosage group of the Pengjia decoction and the Wudan Pill group(P<0.05).
