The Clinical Observe Of Treating Endometrial Endometriosis Infertility With The Decoction Of Bu-Shen-Huo-Xue

Objective: To observe the therapeutical effect of the decoction ofBu-Shen-Huo-Xue (BSHX) in treating the patients of endometriosis infertility withkidney deficiency and the blood stasis, and to explore its action mechanism. Methods:Select the45cases of endometriosis in infertile patients were randomly divided intotreatment group23cases (treated with BSHX Decoction) and the control group22cases(treated with the capsule of Gui zhi fu ling), clinical symptoms before and aftertreatment to improve the situation anti-endometrial antibody transfer Yin andpregnancy, respectively,determination of immune parameters in serum EmAb,immune cells (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK cells), IL-2and uterineartery pulsatility index and resistance index comparison changes before and aftertreatment. Results: The treatment group EmAb negative conversion rate compared withcontrol group,the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05); patientswere associated with immunological disturbances:elevated CD4+、CD4+/CD8+anddescended CD8+， Before treatment, the clinical manifestations of immune indicators,there was no significant difference (P>0.05), After treatment, the treatment groupthan the control group of CD4+and of CD4+/CD8+ratio to reduce significantly, ofCD8+cells increased significantly,both significantly with sex differences (P <0.05);before and after treatment levels of CD3+changes without obvious significantdifference (P>0.05); NK cell activity in the control group than the treatment groupincreased significantly significant difference (P <0.05), significantly reduced theserum level of IL-2treatment group than the control group,there are significantdifferences (P <0.05); before and after treatment comparison uterine artery pulsatilityindex and resistance index,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); To improve the clinical signs,symptoms, pregnancy rate of significant differences (P<0.05); total effective rate compared to the significant difference (P <0.05).Treatment group than the control group.Conclusions: The decoction of Bu-Shen-Huo-Xue has better regulatory role, makeEmAb negative, and can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms, increaseuterine perfusion, improve endometrial receptivity, so multiple links to improve thepatient’s pregnancy on the patient’s immune function rate.
