To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Shi Er Wei Di Huang Decoction In The Early Stage Hypertensive Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of shi er wei di huang decoction in theearly stage hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:60cases of the early stage hypertensive nephropathy were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group of30patients treatedwith routine treatment and shi er wei di huang decoction，and the control group of30patients only treated with routine treatment. Before treatment, respectively, underwentblood pressure measurement, urine trace protein, and renal function laboratory tests, theobserved blood pressure changes, symptoms, signs of change of the level of renal functionbefore and after treatment, in order to judge their efficacy and safety.Results: After4weeks of treatment, clinical studies have shown treatment groupimproved in renal function points, designate the total effect of TCM syndrome than thecontrol group (P<0.05). The clinical study showed that the treatment group was better thanthe control group in the early stage hypertensive nephropathy.Conclusion: the treatment of shi er wei di huang decoction has a better curativeeffect for the early stage hypertensive nephropathy patient...
