From The Hot And Humid Arthralgia Governance Gouty Arthritis

On base of summarizing document of gout and at the same time through 32 patients of gout arthritis, the auther inquure into relevance of demonstrare and treatment between gout arthritis and wet-heat rheumatism.Through 32 patients of different stages of gout arthritis in Taiwan from 2003 to 2005,and through analyzing and statistics,the result is there are 24 cases of wet-heat,20 in acut stage and 4 inchronic stage, wet-heat pattern is the main pattern of gout arthritis, other patterns share a few in all.The main results:1.The main pathomechanism of gout arthritis is damp-heat lying depressed in the channels and network vessels. Wet-heat constitution is the base of gout arthritis, also is the internal cause of further cause of phlegm-heat and stasis-toxin.2.Urea-acid is a kind of interal toxin of wet-heat. In modern medicine, urea-acid is the base of gout arthritis.3.The important inducing causes of gout arthritis are external evil, damaging by food and liquor, affect mind dissatisfaction and overwork.4.A character of gout arthritis is Characterof family, that is becouse not only constitution but also living environment, diet habit,throught trend are family.5.There is 92.3% of 13 cases of local people in Taiwan , the rate of wet-heat gout is higher than that of totle, the reason are:(1)climate;(2)inherently deficient, and age;(3)diet an daily life.
