With the development of society and improvement of life level, people demand much more highly about medical service and healthiness. Nursing is quite an important part of medical care system. The high job stress among nurses will possibly decline the nursing quality, also affect the development of nursing specialty, even the whole medical care system As the bad result of job stress, job burnout happens to nurses more and more frequently. This dissertation focuses on the discussion on job stress, job satisfaction, and job burnout, and also their interactive relationship. Then it reveals what effects the interactions of job stress and satisfaction have on job burnout.It mainly adopts questionnaires and uses the descriptive statistics, factor, correlate, variances and regression analysis to analyze the collected data. Through all efforts, it concludes as follows:First, there is a commonly higher stress among nurses. The extent of job satisfaction is moderate. The two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment are serious. The depersonalization is moderate. Job stress and job satisfaction both have obvious effects on job burnout.Second, the four aspects of work hours and loads, patients nursing, work resources on job stress and the aspects of colleague, reward on job satisfaction have an integrated effect on emotional exhaustion. The aspects of relationship, patients nursing about job stress and the aspect of colleague on job satisfaction have an integrated effect on depersonalization. The aspects of nursing specialty, leader on job satisfaction have more obvious effect on personal accomplishment.Last, the extent of job burnout induced by job stress has a relationship with the mediator job satisfaction. The aspects of leader, nursing specialty, development opportunities and reward on job satisfaction have full mediative effects between job stress and diminished personal accomplishment. They also have part mediative effects between job stress and emotional exhaustion. The aspects of nursing specialty, leader on job satisfaction have part mediative effects between job stress and depersonalization. While the aspect of colleague on job satisfaction has no mediative effect between job stress and job burnout.Based on the above research results, this dissertation puts forward some beneficial suggestions about nurse job stress management and motivation strategies.
