Autumn Diarrhea Syrup Treatment Of Children With Diarrhea In The Fall Of Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of syrup Autumn Diarrhea in treating infantile autumn diarrhea and find out the mechanism.Methods: 116 patients of infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into the treated group and control group.The treated group was treated with syrup Autumn Diarrhea while the control group treated with Ribarvirin .The clinical theraptic effect and the difference of CD3, CD4, CD8 T-cell after 3 days treating were observed.Results: the obvious effect rate in 3 days of the treated group was75%.significantly higher than that of the control group(51.47%,P<0.05).The time of the treated group easing vomit and fever and recovering the appetite was obviously shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The rate of turning rotative vitue negative after 3 days treating in the treated group was 69.12%,while in the control group was 45.59%.the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The autumn diarrhea infants' percentage of CD3, CD4 T-cell and rate of CD4/CD8 obviously went up,but that of the control group did not change.the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conciusion: the treatment with syrup Autumn Diarrhea could obviouly shorten the course of the disease,improve the symptom ,adjust immunity.so syrup Autumn Diarrhea could cure the infants of their autumn diarrhea.
