The Effective Of Curing The Autumn Diarrhea With Wind-cold Pattern Of Dampness Syndrome By The Therapy Of Sanhanqushizhixiefang Enema

Objective:To explore the clinic curative of sanhanqushizhixiefang enema treating children Autumn Diarrhea with Wind-cold pattern of Dampness Syndrome and explore its function mechanism tentatively.Methods:60 patients of Autumn Diarrhea with Wind-cold pattern of Dampness syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group. At the same time, two groups were given rehydration therapy according to the degree of dehydration and acidosis. Patients with high fever were given symptomatic treatment. On this basis, the treatment group give sanhanqushizhixiefang enema, the control group give the oral montmorillonite powder. To observe the effect of differences three days later.Results:In clinical research the general effective rate in treatment group and control group was respeetively 90.0% and 93.3%, and there was no statistieally difference (P>0.05). But two groups have remarkable statistics meanings to improve the difference to the overall Chinese medicine symptom (P<0.01). The treatment group surpasses the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of sanhanqushizhixiefang enema is certain. Maybe the sanhanqushizhixiefang has better functions of Cold-dispelling, strengthening spleen and arresting diarrhea. Enema therapy can effectively solve the difficult issue of medication in children, worthy to be popularized.
