Acupuncture treatment have different types of techniques and have many excellences,for instance: it is easy to mastery and have good curative effect without side-effect, especially to the chronic patient.So it's very popular in clinic. The discussion part is based on the summaries above,focus on differentiation of syndromes symptoms and signs of urticaria from Zang Fu and meridian collateral view, bring forward that urticaria have some thing with Fei,Pi, Wei, Da Chang, Gan, Dan and twenty skin areas,so we could use the acupionts which are in the Large Intestine Meridian of the Hand-yangming,the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming, the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin, the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin, the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang coupled with back-shu points to treat urticaria, for example, we use the acupoint Hegu, Quchi, Zusanli, Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, Xuehai, Fengchi, Yanglingquan and so on. The curative effect is good when we use this method.
