The Clinical Research Of Moxibustion Acupuncture Untie With Percussopunctator For Chronic Urticaria Patients

ObjectiveThe chronic urticaria is a common and prevalent skin disease. It poses no health threat to patients, due to the skin’s bumpy and itchy, repeated outbreak and protracted course of disease, chronic urticaria causes great disturbances in the lives of patients. Modern medicine lacks of specific treatment. So, in this study, the treatment of moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator is used for chronic urticaria patients of wind cold type.MethodsMentality of designing:90 qualified cases of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups, and prospective randomized study was processed. By comparing the clinical outcome of the three groups to explore the clinical curative effect of this treatment of moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator.Treatment plan:in this study, two groups of points were alternately used. One group accepted routine acupuncture, one group received moxibustion acupuncture, and the last group adopted moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator. After 4 course of treatment, the clinical observation indices were recorded and compared.Results1. Basic information:basic informations of all the patients in this study were counted and analyzed. The sex, age, the course and degree of disease was statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05).2.UAS scores and DLQI scores:The UAS scores and DLQI scores of the 3 groups were recorded after treatment, statistical analysis revealed that UAS and DLQI scores were of marked statistical significance (p<0.01). and the group of warming untie with percussopunctator was the most notable. Followed by warming acupuncture group. Which revealed the method of warming unite with percussopunctator could control the disease activity, and improve the quality of life.3. DLQI scores:The DLQI scores of the 3 groups were recorded after treatment, statistical analysis revealed that DLQI scores were of marked statistical significance(p<0.01). and the group of warming untie with percussopunctator was the most notable. Followed by moxibustion acupuncture group.4. Clinical symptom score:The clinical symptom scores of the 3 groups were changed after treatment, the seizure frequency, the size of urticaria and itching degree of the group which received moxibustion acupuncture unite with percussopunctator apparent improvement(P<0.01), and moxibustion acupuncture group superior to routine acupuncture (P<0.05). while compared the existing time and numbers of urticaria, there was no difference between moxibustion acupuncture group and combination therapies which accepted warming acupuncture untie with percussopunctator(P>0.05).5. With the recent efficacy, in the group of moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator, the cure rates was 50.00%, the total effective rate was 93.33%, in the warming acupuncture, the cure rates was 33.33%, the total effective rate was 83.33%, and the cure rates was 20.00%, the total effective rate was 76.66%in routine acupuncture group. And the data exhibited significant difference(P<0.05). With the long-term efficacy, also the group of moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator still superior to other groups.GonclusionIn this study, two groups of points were self-designed. And the points possessed the effects of wind-expelling and bloodflow-activating, itching-controlling, and moxibustion acupuncture strengthen the efficacy of expelling wind, dissipating cold. Percussopunctator had direct effects on cutaneous portion. moxibustion acupuncture untie with percussopunctator offers therapeutic benefit without serious side effects.
