Study On Mechanism Of Moxibustion On Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria(wind-cold Type) Combined With Navel Cans

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with navel cupping and oral loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria(wind cold type).Methods:In this project,the diagnostic standard of addictive rash is formulated according to the diagnostic efficacy standard for dermatosis of traditional Chinese medicine(1994,2016 update)issued by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Cases were screened according to clear inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.SPSS software was used to divide the cases into two groups: treatment group and control group.In this experiment,72 qualified cases were included,64 cases were actually completed,33 cases were finally completed in the treatment group,of which the average age was(40.36 ±11.953)years old,the course of disease was 6-40 months,the course of disease was(22.88 ±10.062)months on average;31 cases were finally completed in the control group,of which the age was 23-60 years old,the average age was(40.74 ± 10.693),the course of disease was 8-42 months,and the course of disease was(22.71 ± 9.202)months on average.Before treatment,by comparing the age,course of disease and other general data of the patients in the group,as well as the scores of clinical symptoms and signs,through statistical software analysis,the differences were not statistically significant,which proved that there was no difference between the general indicators and basic conditions in the two groups before the group,and the baseline data was comparable.In the treatment group,moxibustion combined with navel cupping was used to select Shenque,Feishu(bilateral),Shenshu(bilateral),Geshu(bilateral)and Pishu(bilateral).The control group was treated with western medicine and loratadine.After 20 days of treatment and 1 month after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs scores and clinical efficacy of the two cases were compared and observed.Results: After treatment,the symptom scores of each group were significantly improved,and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.05);therewas no significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate and cure rate(P >0.05).Long term effect: follow up for 1 month,the effective rate and cure rate of the two groups were better than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).The patients in the treatment group recovered after treatment,after one month,all did not recur.The patients in the control group recovered after treatment,after one month,there were different degrees of repetition.Conclusion:1.Through clinical comparative observation of moxibustion combined with navel cans in the treatment of chronic urticaria(wind-cold type),it is verified that this method has obvious curative effect on alleviating symptoms of chronic urticaria such as wind mass and pruritus.2.After 20 days of treatment,moxibustion combined with umbilicus cupping and western medicine can achieve obvious therapeutic effect,and the therapeutic group is better than the control group.The follow-up after stopping treatment for one month showed that the symptom score,effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,which proved that moxibustion combined with umbilicus cupping had better long-term effect.3.According to the safety analysis,moxibustion combined with navel cupping has good safety in the treatment of chronic urticaria(wind cold type),and the safety rating is second grade.
