| Objective; To observe the clinical effect of lijie decoction to rheumatoid arthritis . Method: 100 patients of rheumatoid arthritis which is at the active stage were divided randomly into therapeutic group and control group .50 cases of therapeutic group were treated with lijie Decoction, 50cases of control group were treated with Fenbid and MTX . The clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the changes on the physical and chemical tests were observed respectively. Result: The total effective rate of therapeutic group is 90.00%, and that of the control group is 78. 00% . The numbers and the degree of the time of morning stiffness, all these of therapeutic group are better than those of the control group . conclusion : ligie Decocation has very good therapeutic effect on the active stage rheumatoid arthritis. |
