Clinical Observation Of Sihuang Zhiyang Ointment In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Sihuang anti-itch ointment in treating chronic eczema.Methods:70 patients with chronic eczema,who were visit the dermatolog ical department in zhe frist affiliated Hospital of Hunan University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2018,The meth od of random digital tables is divided into treatment groups and cont rol groups.The treatment groups used our hospital to make Sihuang anti-itch ointment and applied it to the skin damage 2times a day,together wit h oral Bepotastine besilate(brand name:TanLiang,produced by Tianjin Tia nbian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine quasi-word:J20150093)one pill at a time,twice a day.The control group was treated with Wudai oi ntment(produced by Ziguang Guhan Group Hengyang Pharmaceutical Co.,Lt d.,Chinese medicine quasi-word:B20020647).The total course of treatment is 4 weeks.After the end of week 2 and 4 respectively,the results were co mpared to determine the effect.Results:1.Sex,age,corse,and pre-treatment score between the treatmen t group and the control group were statistically analyzed,P>0.05,wa s not statistically significant,and the clinical data of the two grou ps were comparable.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the EASI score,itching symptom score,and total symptom score of the two groups all decreas ed.Through statistical analysis,EASI comparison between the two group s of patients before and after treatmengt found that the treament eff ect was different and statistically significant,P<0.05.while the itc hing symptom score was not statistically significant,P>0.05.3.After4 weeks of treatment,the EASI score,itching symptom score,and total symptom score were compared before and after the treatment,and the d ifference in efficacy was statistically significant.After the total c ourse of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group wa s 83.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.7%.T he two groups of curative effects were statistically significant afte r the grate date rank and test.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic eczema with Sihuang anti-itch ointment is effective,the EASI score is reduced,and the symptoms of itching in pat ients are improved.It is worth clinical research and promotion.
