Clinical Effect Observation Of Chaihubazhengsan To The Acute Urinary Tract Infection

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of chaihubazhengsan in the treatment of acute urinary tract infections(dampness-heat pouring downward), and discuss the possible mechanism.Methods:60 cases of the test institute selection, patients with acute urinary tract infections. They were selected and were randomly and placebo-controlled divided into therapy group(n=30) and the placebo group(n=30). The placebo group received the conventional western medicine treatment and bazhengheji; the therapy group received the conventional western medicine treatment and chaihubazhengsan. The whole course of treatment was 1-2 weeks. TCM syndrome, routine urine, the change of middle urine bacteria cultivation were recorded before and after the treatment. All data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and relevant conclusions.Results:1.Total effective rate of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in therapy group is 96.6%, while in placebo group it is 90%, there exists statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Total effective rate of angina pectoris:the total effective rate of angina pectoris in therapy group is 96.7%, while in placebo group it is 86.7%, there exists statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3. The middle of urine bacterial quantitative rate:the rate in therapy group is 93.55%(29/31), while in placebo group it is 77.42%(24/31), there exists statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4. TCM symptoms curative effect comparison of bitter dry throat, nausea, vomiting, fever, mouth pee frequency arrested, waist, lower abdomen pain control, comparison between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Other symptoms period no statistical significance (P> 0.05);5. The safety results:the difference of blood, urine stool routine, liverfunction, renal function between the two groups were in normal range,there is no statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion:1. Chaihubahengsan can effectively improve symptoms of acute UTI(dampness-heat pouring downward) signs, is an effective method for treatment of the disease;2. Chaihubahengsan is able to reduce the laboratory examination indexes in patients with acute UTI(dampness-heat pouring downward);3. Chaihubahengsan is one of the effective and safety auxiliary treatment method for acuteUTI (dampness-heat pouring downward).
