"get Rid Of Workers Eye Granules Experimental Tree Shrew Liver Model Worker Type Ciliary Muscle

Object:To observe the effect of "Xiao Lao Yan Shu Ke Li" which usedon experimental asthenopia modal, and study the reasons.Methods:Tree Shrew , which anatomic characters like monkey was chosen as experiment object and was made staring continuously. Feeding the Tree Shrew which was divided into groups on positive drug "Qi Ju Di Huang Wan" and "Xiao Lao Yan Shu Ke Li" by high dose, middle dose and low dose. After 3 days respectively, their ciliary muscle were separated and studied to quantitate the cAMP, cGMP and Na+- K+ ATPase contained. Thus the influnce of different drugs and different dosages will be confined.Results: (1) cAMP:After 3 days of staring , the cAMP in the ciliary muscle of Tree Shrew increased . After administration ,the cAMP decreased. Compared with blank control group ,the others all have notable statistics significance (p<0. 001). Compared with model group , the others also have notable statistics significance (p<0. 001). (2) cGMP:It's has opposite tendency of cAMP. Staring 3 days cGMP decreased, and after administration, it's increased. (3) Na+- K+ ATPase:It's has the same regularity as cAMP (p<0.05).Conclusion: "Xiao Lao Yan Shu Ke Li" can alleviate the convulsion of ciliary muscle and antagonize the continuing excitement of sub-sympathetic nerve. It's better than the positive drug. But the effect of the three dosages have little diffrence . Through the picture of cAMP, cGMP and Na+- K+ ATPase, the middle dose is better, and its match the clinical medication dosage, so we chose the middle dose as the best one.
