Methods: 128 rabbits of general grade were randomly divided into blank group(group A),model group(group B),QingPeng paste group(group C),XiaoDing paste group(group D) each group 32, Except the blank group,The right front ulna from fault fracture model were use to the remaining three groups,After 3 days、7 days、14 days、28 days treatment, the fracture position X-ray morphology, callus of HE staining, bitter Sirius red staining pattern and PGE2, cAMP, the expression of Cox-2 gene and ATPase a3 transport protein level were observed. Results:① For 3 days, compared the blank group, model group、QingPeng paste group、XiaoDing paste group X-ray(except the blank group), PGE2, cAMP, ATPase a3 transport protein has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), We can see inflammatory cells infiltration;But in PCR, Compared XiaoDing paste group with other groups the rase of Cox-2 can not be seen;② For 7 days, Compared with the blank group、model group、QingPeng paste group、XiaoDing paste group X-ray(except the blank group), PGE2, cAMP, ATPase a3 transport protein has statistically significant(P < 0.05), In histomorphology, compared with model group,QingPeng paste group, Fixed XiaoDing paste group set earlier in the newborn, granulation tissue and a small amount of fiber callus. In PCR, The expression of Cox-2 raised in the compartsion of theXiao Ding paste group growp and other groups;③ For 14 days, Compared with the blank group, model group, QingPeng paste, XiaoDing paste group X-ray(except the blank group), PGE2, cAMP, ATPase a3 transport protein has statistically significant(P < 0.05),In histomorphology, compared with model group, QingPeng paste, Fixed XiaoDing paste group early callus appeared a lot of fiber and a small amount of cartilage callus, In PCR, XiaoDing paste group and other groups to compare the expression of Cox-2 continues to rise;④For 28 days, Compared the blank group, model group, QingPeng paste group, XiaoDing paste group X-ray,Cox-2 elimination ATPase a3 transport protein(except the blank group) has statistically significant(P < 0.05), in histomorphology, compared with model group, QingPeng paste group, XiaoDing paste group earlier appeared bony callus and the emergence of a large number of collagen fibers, tend to be more tidy, In PCR, XiaoDing paste group and other groups to compare,the expression of Cox-2 rised, But declined compared with the 14 days. Conclusion: XiaoDing paste group can early elimination the formation of stimulating fracture healing parts of granulation tissue, fibrous callus, bony callus formation, and enables to make the PGE2, cAMP, the expression of Cox-2 and ATPase a3 transport protein appeared in advance, this is likely to be a way that XiaoDing paste group has earlier stimulus on fracture healing in callus and one of the mechanisms cell factor.
