The Liver Labor One Of The Experimental Study Of The Mechanism

Object:To discuss the reason of asthenopia occurrence based on the experiment that analyzing nerve-receptor change,and receptor induced reaction inside ciliary muscle cell when accommodation continues.Methods:Tree Shrew,which with anatomic characters like monkey was chosen as experiment object and was made staring continuously. After 3,6,9 days respectively,their ciliary body were separated and studied by means of RIB A,RIA to quantitate the B-AR cAMP cGMP and Na+- K+ ATPase contained. Thus the influence of different garing time will be confimed.Results:(1) The ciliary muscle of Tree Shrew is more like human's than mouse and rabbit. (2) After 6 days of staring,the B-AR hi the ciliary muscle of Tree Shrew was up-regulated. (3) After 6 days of staring,the cAMP in the ciliary muscle of Tree Shrew increased,and cGMP decreased. (4) After 6 days of staring,the Na+-K+ ATPase in the ciliary muscle of Tree Shrew increased.Conclusion:Disorder of the balance of double-nerve controlled ciliary muscle may be an important reason of asthenopia occurrence.
