| Objective: To discuss the mechanism of QIANLIEXIAOYAN ZHITONGPIAN tablet on treating chronic prostatitis.Methods: Adopting chronic bacteria and nonbacterial prostatitis model, the effects of treating chronic prostatitis were observed . By using the method of xylene-induced ear inflammation in mice, egg white induced edema of hind paw in rats and compound croton oil and air sac induced granulomatosis on rats' back, the effects of antiinflammation were observed. By using the methods of body twisting and hot-plate experiment in mice, the effects of analgesia were observed. By using rats' water-load experiment, the effects of diuresis action were observed.Results:QIANLIEXIAOYANZHITONG tablet can decreased leukocytes in expressed prostatic secretion of rats with chronic pr -ostatitis.QIANLIEXIAOYANZHITONG tablet markedly prolonge d the time of pain in mice in hot placetest and reduced the wri thing in mice caused by Hac. QIANLIEXIAOYANZHITONG tablet had a various inhibiting effect to mice's auricles swelling,r-ats' swelling of sole of feet and rats' granulomatosis.Conclusions:QIANLIEXIAOYANZHITONG tablet has a ob-v ious effect on chronic prostatitis. |
