Many years of clinical practice shows that it has significant effects.Objective:This research is to study effectiveness of Milinfenzhuo potion through the experimental studies on experimental prostatitis, diuretic, antinociceptive effects etc..And it can provide possible experimental foundation and theoretical for the decoction's clinic trial and application.Methods:The pharmacodynamic action experiments are including1. Effect of Milinfenzhuo potion on the experimental studies on experimental prostatitis.1.1 Effect on chronic non-bactarial prostatitis of rats. Inject 0.1 ml of 25% hemorrhoid injection, then give rats drugs or distilled water 30 days .Kill the rats 1 hour after the last administration. Record the number of White blood cells and lecithin under the microscope and do histopathologic examination for prostate of rats.1.2 Inhibited effect on non-bactarial prostatitis of rats. Drugs or distilled water were given 10 days and then inject 0.1ml of sterile1.5% carrageenin on prostate of rats .Killed the rats 1 hour after the last administration. Record the number of White blood cells and lecithin under the microscope, do normal blood agar culture of prostate fluid and histopathologic examination for prostate of rats.1.3 Effect on bactarial prostatitis of rats caused by bacillus coli. Drugs or distilled water were given 5 days and then inject 0.1ml bacillus coli on prostate of rats.Give drugs to rats 3 days after that. Record the number of White blood cells and lecithin under the microscope. do normal blood agar culture of prostate fluid and record total bacterial count. Do histopathologic examination for prostate of rats.2.Effect on carrageenin cryptopodia of rats. To inject 0.1ml of 1% carrageenin in right rear foot aponeurosis palmaris of rats, and measure the cryptopodia level with the narrow band, which is the different value between circumference of foot vola and right-left gambrel.3. Effect on leukoplania of thoracic cavity of rats, which is to inject 0.5ml of 0.5% carrageenin on right thoracic cavity of rats ,kill them 5 hours later. Aspirate the pleural fluid and record white blood cell count and seepage.4. Effect on cotton pellet granuloma of rats.To kill the rat, peel off the granuloma and dry it into hot oven under70℃, then weight it.5.Protective effects on internal staphylococcus aureus infected mouse, which is to inject 0.5ml of 10-1 staphylococcus aureus suspension.Observe the death number in 24 hours. Calculate the death rate and do statistical treatment6. Protective effects on internal bacillus coli infected mouse, which is to inject 0.5ml of 10-1 bacillus coli suspension.Observe the death number in 24 hours Calculate the death rate and do statistical treatment.7. Effect on abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability of mouse. To measure the photometric value of eluant in abdominal cavity.8. Effect on writhing response caused by acetic acid. To inject 0.1ml per 10g weight of 0.6% acetic acid liquid.Observe the times of writhing response in ten minutes.9.
