objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the Qian Yan Qing tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis kidney hot and humid blood stasis in order to explore its mechanism of chronic prostatitis.So we can look for a simple and effective treatment methods for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical governance for a wide range of clinical applications.method:This study has selected90patients with Chronic Prostatitis, divided into A、B and C groups by using a method with random number table,30in each group. A group of drugs:the Qian Yan Qing tablets. B group of drugs,:the forefront of detoxification capsules, Group C drugs:levofloxacin tablets. The3groups were continuous medication for a course of four weeks. Medication before and after EPS. Comparing prostate routine examination results, NIH chronic prostatitis symptom score and TCM syndrome score.And the integral of the EPS-R before and after treatment, the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom score and TCM symptom score comparison.Result:(1) The group of A can obviously reduce the score of NIH.(2) The group of A can obviously enhance the score of Chinese medicine symptom.(3) The group of A can significantly improve the overall efficacy.Conclusion:Qian Yan Qing tablets have patent treatment effect for chronic prostatitis kidney hot and humid blood stasis.
