| Object To investigate the mechanism of CangFuKang(è‚ å¤åº·) inhibit Ihe proliferation,infiltration and metastasis of colorectal cancer cell.Method using the technique of blood-serum pharmacology to colorectal cancer cell. Changfukang of lower , middle and higher concentration was the response-system. 5-fu and vacuo blood serum were added into the control bundle. After 48h, collecting cells and using the method of immunohistochemistry to measure the expression of Ki-67,MMP-2 and TiMP-2 under optical microscope with Miass computer configuration image analysis system.Result ChangFuKang has the good effect on the expression of Ki-67,MMP-2 and TiMP-2.This effect is very obvious in the 30 percent TCM blood serum group. There had obvious difference between 30 percent TCM blood serum group and blank group(P<0.01)Conclusion ChangFuKang could inhibit the proliferation, infiltration and metastasis of human colorectal cancer cell. The principal mechanism is relate to the low expression of Ki-67,MMP-2 and the high excretion of TiMP-2. |
