| Objiect:observe the clinic effect of ChangFuKang in treatment of Colorectal tumor .Method:From March 1998 to August 2000,one hundred and ten patients with advanced Colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: in group 1,55 patients were treated with the ChangFuKang capsule;in group 2, 55 patients were treat with 5-Fu.Results:the total and valid rate of the ChangFuKang is 21.8%, which is higher than the total and valid rate of the 5-Fu(18.2%) .the physical status (Karnof sky grade) and CD4, CD4/CDH of the group 1 are higher than group 2 and before treatment (P < 0.05) .Conclusion: ChangFuKang capsule is effective to treat advanced colorectal cancer. |
